I am not very good at providing links so I can only refer all to the news at ZE (zenith) which you can find on Yahoo. Deals with all manner of Flat Panel Display systems and the companies competing for this $billion "niche". TFS is not mentioned although their technology is. Do you suppose they are intentionally shunning this business to keep from cluttering up their production lines? Maybe the Defense Department needs to get on TFS's mailing list. Some Aircraft and Avionics people might be interested too.

Amen! to your patience problems. I have "averaged down" several times on this one only to find I could have averaged even further down had I waited. Grrr.... I am now heavy into this down elevator when every other stock I follow is up very sharply.

N.O. has, in my opinion, a pretty solid suggestion about raising some money for the capital expenditure budget at a time when money is pretty cheap. That would leave them with lots of strength to grow on. One presumes that a company that has pulled themselves out of their 1996 problems so nicely would be very bankable at this time. I would be very interested in management's and other investors responses to this idea.

N.O., has management commented?

Of course, the market would probably take such an offering as another reason to push the stock down<g>, and at these prices the conversion would be relatively expensive vs. the potential growth.

K.P.

I agree with you wholeheartedly - I cannot believe anyone is selling TFS at these prices, and obviously no one is buying. Hence 15 to 20K shares. If it wasn't for the one big seller in late December who knows where we would be. I keep trying to add to my position, but there is no way. I had a good today only market order for buy 3000 then another 2000 at 18 1/2 but zero.

One of these days, we'll check it, and it will be up 1 1/2 on 4000 shares traded. Perhaps the scheduled presentations/shows/whatever will create some interest.

Hang in there - a company as consevatively managed as TFS that says it is going to grow 30% per year for the next few years will get discovered. Perhaps they should reward us and announce a 3-2 split.

regards,

Ed
