Do you see the nearing end of covid in the US/Canada supplying plenty of more homes (not new construction homes) for sale into US/Canadian real estate markets?
I noticed an article that US has the most savings in a long time an as much as $1.5 Trillion. The housing stock continues to be under built. It will depend on affordability (ie low interest rates), cost of materials and land lot prices.

My conclusion is demand will stay 'hot', especially if the new GDP estimates come true.

I added a very small position to JOE, one of the largest residential land/lot owners/developers in FL. Other than Texas, FL is one of the high growth States (no State income tax) and homes still quite affordable.
