Voting laws are State responsibilities. If this passes, I’m hoping that USSC grows a set.

Otherwise, the only recourse I see is a Convention of States. We may be there now.

Read it again when you are more distant. He is opening the door to counting the votes; and following the Constitution to have that discussion by the Legislatures.

Trump could win that 28 to 22, with 1 vote per state.

Not sure about D.C.
