Re: JOE

My position is a small tracking position (10 shares). My investment thesis are for their land assets and I plan to add a few shares every 5% drop. JOE s/d drop back to it's SMA(20) at $40/share or even SMA(50) at $28 using the weekly chart. As a tracking position, I will scale in my Buys and allows me to get alerts and scale into a larger position.

My value positions had some of the largest moves last few days because of the rotation you speak of. My portfolio is heavy into Natural Resources, real tangible assets and REITs.

BWEL owns a lot of Ag land in CA along w/ water rights is one I want to accumulate and is +12% in the last few weeks.

It's hard to value these land assets since they are carried at cost on their balance sheet. Timber land may/could be developed into real estate home lots and can demand a much higher value. This will take years to develop so I believe at some point, price will be much higher. Think of it as a Land Bank

That's my thought and the reason to start a small tracking position
