Expect to see a bunch of downgrades, though, by BFs trying to bring it "back into buy range" due to their short-sightedness - I believe it's become general knowledge that INTC has no peers (again) and that they are not likely to have any in the foreseeable future (for many, a brand-new realization). Course, most everybody here has known that for a long time <VVBG>. Jeff
