Dear Frederick: I wasnt at the shareholder meeting but I believe you are correct, ie NMS status does NOT come with marginality necessarily although marginality does come with NMS status. Thats my understanding. JDN

Fred, <I am seeing at least 50% of the posters are not exactly pleased with management.> I for one, am DEFINITELY not one of those!! I couldn't ask for a BETTER management team!! I'm a long-term gal. They're laying the groundwork. It takes time. Everything's falling into place. Personally, I'm tired of a lot of the crybabies on this thread. I'd like the "second guessers" to compare their credentials against the management team at TAVA. Cheryl
