Gold &Silver: The Turn?

Great article (and prediction) from Bob Moriarity of 321 gold yesterday,
where he called the bottom on Friday....

321gold.com

His thesis centered around sentiment and the DSI indicator he's been so successful
with calling virtually all the major interim bottoms over the last 2-3 years...

I have to tip the hat and give credit where credit is do there.

Given the pretty obvious bottom in sentiment and the corresponding washout of
sellers... the other key for me was the technicals...

Gold needed to hold key technical support at $1671 here and it did, bouncing off
an intra-day low of $1673 yesterday...

Also, the fundamentals couldn't be better and the newest stimulus bill is approved with
talk of the Fed once again returning to yield curve control (YCC).

Given we got a turn in all 3 major investment components - fundamentals, technicals
and sentiment... this looks like "the turn," and a helluva reloading opportunity especially
with the fundamentsls of earnings, cash flow and rapidly improving balance sheets
industry wide.

I added back some shares pre-market and have a shopping list ready for the usual
mid-day pullback from the opening pop. We should see significant short-covering here,
and with stimulus checks coming soon - the entire market, including PMs should
get a boost here (especially silver, where I think we get another boost from strong
physical buying once the stimmy checks arrive.

My .02 cents anyway...
