The "not money printing" QE... could still be converted into a much more liquid form... also converting "no inflation here" into... "prices are going up because of real demand growth and that's not really inflation but will balance out with sustained growth in production over time"... until that doesn't work anymore...

The problem they've found... is that stashing fake printed money in the banks as a balance sheet spoof... doesn't mean the banks will let go of it when they're supposed to... as you might have expected of banks that fostered mortgage frauds on millions of moms and pops... because they could.

But, they might "fix that" with a revaluation of gold... on June 21... after they complete this "market crash" trade with profits used in an attempt to shake cheap gold out of a panicked market... the biggest "short and distort" operation in history... after which maybe Basel III can proceed ?

But, without that... other change... including the dire situations you should expect will be created to justify "the reset"... just like they used panic back in 2008 to justify the lunacy of putting bankers in charge of screwing MORE things up than they had already... only because they were willing to pretend they knew what they were doing... while "stuffing money in your pocket for you" ? ... And, then... if forced into doing it as Repo instead of "organic lending jump starting the economy"... when the free money they've been given is a lot easier to use than real money they had to earn... in backing leveraged derivatives trades... which is what created this mess in the first place... when it turned out banks are just as stupid as everyone else when "investing" in new products they just made up and don't fully understand ?

What could possibly go wrong ? Stay tuned... we're going to find out.
