I’ve sold A LOT, too numerous to mention, getting cash together for the bargain sale.

I get the HO, but more important to me is the volatility, and rising interest rates, which IMO presage a KABOOM crash, sooner rather than later.

On an optimistic bullish note, my son got admitted to a prestigious law school.

Yeah!

Got some $$$ to lend me for tuition? No scholarship, ugh.
