Clam,

The possibility of LU buying AFCI would be more likely than LU buying DIGI. DIGI has a ton of poorly managed baggage that I can not imagine LU would want. The DLC equipment has been one of DIGI's best performers and so they would not want to get rid of that portion of the business. I am with you, I would not pay much attention to the LU/DIGI scenario.

<I wouldn't pay too much attention to such b/c it is all speculative. It is just a risk to be aware of and looks increasingly likely as its stock is in the tank.>

It is one of the lower priority risks where AFCI is concerned. There are so many other things to worry at this point. I am curious though, about your reasoning that it is "Increasingly likely". I do not see how DIGI's stock being in the tank would cause LU to want them more?

Regards,

Milkman
