Norman,

<CD has strong potential, if there are no bottlenecks involved.>
NONE

<Can a customer just pay to plug-and-play>
YES

<or are there sophisticated protocols to be learned, burning up gobs of engineer-hours, and, more importantly, causing huge waiting lines at the tech-support end?>
NO

I have no "formal" TECHNICAL education. Everything I know (including programming) has been self-taught. My background is advertising, marketing, research and managing businesses. Over the past year, based on numerous business opportunities which have now come my way, I'm considered to be one of the top "embedded systems & infrastructure" research specialists around.

I picked it up real fast. I saw PlantY2K One in action. Engineers will have an easier time. If I were a TAVA customer engineer - I'd have my secretary do part of it. As long as I saw a print-out for verification. Time is better spent investigating and correcting the problem than doing the actual data entry.

I don't have time to re-type off of a hand-out we received at the stockholder's meeting. But, we received actual printed examples of the type of info that's found on the CD.

Cheryl
