Phil,

Can you share where all of us could get 1-minutes charts to look at. I would be satisfied with delayed or after the market charts. TIA

Sam

Phil S. Jobs speaks to AAPL employees tommorrow (2/3/98)

2/3/98 was to be both the proxy vote count date and the annual meeting . The proxy pre-announced stock options for "insiders" .

Postponing the proxy infers a change to either the participants or stock awarded . A CEO addition would be a logical reason .

AAPL's bondholders have given up 6% interest, converted to stock , and placed their shares into trading experienced institutional hands .

Recent large trades , on no news , could be these shares . They were to convert at $28/shr and maybe saw a better return trading .

However legitimate concern exists over Power's dilution and the return of AAPL's inventory from the many terminated computer stores .

Mr Jobs could stabilize the stock with a informative 2/3/98 address .
