Oh no! I've officially been labeled a "nay" and a "share-shaker." Pugs, all I know is what I was told when I called RMIL: last week Lori said she was "compiling" the numbers in the float, and she would have the numbers the next day. Today, she said she never got to it since she doing "a copying job for the SEC." She never suggested I would have to talk to Morgan to get the float numbers. Also, if Lori was still compliling the figures, why would Morgan have an accurate number? Then, I asked about the $5 million. She said "Still no word." I asked "so you haven't heard anything?" She said no. To me, that means RMIL has not heard yet from RMCW. If they have, and Lori was misleading me, that is a very serious matter. A company cannot lie to its shareholders, and I do not believe RMIL was doing so. Instead, I prefer to believe they were speaking truthfully, and have not yet received any word regarding the $ 5 million. Finally, as regards the "copying job for the SEC," you attack that statement, but do not offer an explanation as to why RMIL is copying documents for the SEC. To me, that raises alarms. I hope I'm wrong, but but my first reaction was that it indicates some type of continuing investigation of the questions surrounding this company. That is purely my opinion, however. Perhaps it has to do with the SEC investigation of Mork, and has nothing to do with RMIL, but given the previous halt, and the fact that the SEC often continues to investigate companies even after such a halt is lifted, I am concerned. As a shareholder, I am entitled to express that concern, and I simply did so. Take it for what its worth.
