FSP $6.59/share +8.75% still selling below stated BV and yielding 5.94% Up on this news today. Franklin Street Properties (FSP) ON MARCH 5 UNITS ENTERED INTO PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT RELATING TO SALE OF REAL PROPERTY WITH CP ACQUISITION III LLC* PURCHASE PRICE FOR PROPERTIES IS $219.5 MILLION They have a good management team that from time to time 'flap' office buildings and looks like they got one sold. This s/d see at least see $7.16/share their stated BV. I suspect this may/could go back to their long term normalized price at/near $12/share.
