Thanks for the input, Greatmood.

Let me throw-out a real simple question to management and
to Cymer's new public relations firm.

Why doesn't Cymer release this information at the same time
Canon does??????????? That way Cymer's participation
doesn't get lost or hidden in Canon's publicity or in future
releases.

It seems real logical to me. Tooting one's horn at the same
time a client does seems to me to make perfectly good
business sense.

Good luck to all, Allan

New and exclusive features of the FPA-3000EX5 combine to deliver more than 90 wafers per hour (8-inch, 60 shots, 300 J/m2) with high optical resolution and reduced laser operation costs.

A question for those in the field: how do these Canon specs compare with other DUV equipment? Has Canon developed a "new and improved" DUV machine? It sounds like good news to me.
