Ok....with the taxes we will make $0.07...not $0.06. Now why would Ira say we have a pe of 2? He said that 3 weeks ago! Did he just forget about taxes all together??? Companys do not trade based on what they made last year. They trade on what they may make the current year. In 1996, WDC did great but in 1997...they took a loss in a quarter which is why the price sank. The company has turned around now and I may buy some shares. Now what you are saying is that in 1999, we will be trading at what we made in 1997? I don't think so. I have it a long-term value of $6 because with the taxes taken out...they should earn $0.30 this year. I know that not all companys in the industry have a pe range from 20-30 but I can't find any others that have a pe of 5. The low pe is because of... 1)We are non-reporting which will change in a couple days. 2)We are a BB which will change later this year. And even if we are a BB, John said earlier that he would have an awfully hard time responding if you asked him to find a BB (besides FAMH) that is making money!
