Stenka - To be fair their are many reputable websites (including WebMD) that take another view on silver. But almost all of them refer to "insufficient testing" as to why they are not positive on silver for medical purposes. You may be right that big pharma does not want to spend the money testing for a product you cannot patent. Maybe ZEN's testing now will be the difference with their GO/Silver mix.
