i don't really feel qualified to answer most of your questions. i'm an investor, not a trader, so i don't have any short-term predictions to make. i feel this company has solid and honest management and that they have good products. the market they are in is competitive, but they have good market share and the market is growing. to me, it seems like a good long term telecom equipment play, which is why i'm here. i see no "growth problems" or "reduced demand" or "stagnant technology" over the long term. xDSL is coming and adtran is ready. we live in the age of the information revolution and this company is helping to build the infrastructure... nuff said.

Click SI Charts, input both Adtn and Pair, and compare.

I do not think that ADTN is over-valued at all here. Looking forward to get more visibility from their 10K/q.

Adtran has low flow therefore is thinly traded compare to Pair. But I always consider that insider ownership is one of the competitive strength Adtran has.
