The decline in SPOT service revenue in the fourth quarter of 2020 was due to fewer subscribers and lower ARPU. Lower ARPU. tsk tsk. We had a SPOT device but paying $100 a year to leave it in a cupboard meant it was terminated. If the satellites were unloaded they could have sold 100 million SPOTs for occasional use = $billions in profits but terrible ARPU. Catching up on a few months...looks like same old nothing much. Mqurice
