scratching my head a lil. softbank market cap about $169 billion yet its net asset value should have improved about $23 billion after yesterdays IPO .of Coupang. the stock only went up about 2-3%. it continues to be among my larger positions so just happily holding it. My MREITs LADR NRZ and STWD continue to perform well. MAC seems to be holding up but not moving upward as i d hoped. BWEL broke $700 briefly. Latest plays EBIX and FTAI both up nicely since I purchased them with lots of tailwinds. AXU getting beaten up along with the decline in silver. BABA looks like its pretty stable right now. DISC making new highs holding on. It pays to diversify.

CTO Realty Growth : Announces Contract to Sell the Remaining Daytona Beach Land Within Its Land Joint Venture

(NYSE: CTO) (the “Company” or “CTO”) today announced the joint venture entity that holds the remaining Daytona Beach land portfolio of approximately 1,600 acres (the “Land Venture”) has entered into a binding contract with Timberline Acquisition Partners, an affiliate of Timberline Real Estate Partners (“Timberline”), for the sale of substantially all of its remaining land, including any land that was previously under contract, for $67.0 million (the “Land Venture Sale”).

Started small position in Forestar Group Inc (FOR)

Forestar Group, Inc. formerly known as Forestar Real Estate Group Inc. operates in two business segments: real estate and natural resources. The real estate segment owns directly or through ventures real estate. The natural resources segment manages acres of oil and gas mineral interests. In addition, the company also sells wood fiber from its land primarily located in Georgia, and leases land for recreational uses.
FOR selling 33% below it's GN fair value price of $30.84/share. Will peel off 20% of CTO which covers my move into FOR's land lots.

small add in Southern Company (SO) and Lennar Corp (LEN). LEN and DHI both off due to the slow down in new home sales for May.
