Michael,

What are your thoughts on DSP Communications (NYSE:DSP)? After a rough
product transition they seemed to have turned things around. They beat estimates last quarter as the Asia crisis did not appear to impact their earnings. They are now targeting the North American market. Do you think they will be able to win big accounts in North America? Thanks.

vinnie

Hi Mike, Any thoughts on Newbridge Networks?...getting beaten
up today after an already steep slide over the last few months. The last couple of quarters have not been up to par; but I think I like it for the long term and am tempted here...

Also, the press lately has been interesting on DEC's Alpha. I think it may thrive; particularly after reading that it should be cranked up to run at 1,000 mHZ before Intel's Merced arrives...and from what I read it will be tough and may take some time to test the Merced. Any thoughts on this, as well?
