**off topic ** Just my recollection and for fun. In the South Vietnam early '70, Chinese-Vietnamese capitalists manipulated the price of "quails" from less than 50 cents each to 50 dollars each. Of course in a couple of weeks it crashed back to under 50 cents. I was too young, too poor and there are no "quail" stock/future to short. The bad thing was that many middle class people lost their hard earned savings in a month. My perception : Orientals are wild speculators and gamblers (go to Las Vegas and see)! Markets in Asia are up probably after a Happy Chinese New (Moon) Year. (Rich Chinese dominate most SEA countries)
