Just left a nasty message with CEO of HVSF... Oops CEO just called back .... Here is his reponse... 1)Tom Wade feels there is about 1 million shorts.. 2)He wants to go for the diffrent class of investment fims.. 3)He is filing for Nasdaq Small next week. 4)CEO and Dr.C is putting in 5 million dollars tomorrow in to the company. 5)Additional 2 million dollars are coming in . 6)Financilas are audited, and 10 k will be filed this week. 7)Taking on a road show with Jen & Martin Janis, PR firm who did the ZONA 8) He wants Wall Street sponsorship. 9) Phase II is still pending with FDA 10)He feels its a positive move for the company. 11)HVSF will be no more considered as a designated stock ... Thats the response I got from him... Joe
