Delayed meeting and proxy. Hmmm, heady stuff. Sounds like the leak about value per share poll could be real, but perhaps not so much for merger as sell off of an asset, like Filemaker? Well, this should further weaken the street's knees, and might provide a buying opportunity testing $17. Good luck to all.

Apple postponed tomorrow's annual meeting indefinitely If I remember it correctly, the ANNUAL meeting was never scheduled for tomorrow (Feb 3) in the first place. I thought what was scheduled for tomorrow was a BOARD meeting? Is that meeting still going to take place? As for the annual shareholder's meeting, I thought it was suppose to take place on Feb 20... then rescheduled for Mar 18...but is now "To be announced" according to apple.com Can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks Eric
