<<<After today, I'm convinced RMTR's low price is due to lack of investor interest rather than dumping.>>>

I find it difficult to believe that lack of investor interest would bring the stock down to 4 1/4 yesterday and keep it under 5 today. Whoever is selling under 5 is making a profit and that does not translate into your typical investor. There was a message about Comdex today and it was there for all to see. I think the news today was the strongest since the alpha thing. The trustee may not be selling but if they're not then BEA and their associates are liquidating their entire position. The real question is who is buying? And the real problem is no clear profit potential.

Dan, since human behavior is never predictable, let me prove it a bit. If we get this Damocles Sword off our necks,RMTR could have a huge rally, almost too large, sometime in the middle of the year. But I would not want to see another catapult, but a slow ascent. Catapult shots always end up back on the ground. The company itself, may be turning the corner. The problem is with the stock, and the potential damage the liquidators can do. But that may be good in the long run,if the stock falls to under 4,everyone will think the company has had it. But that will probably indicate that most of the liquidation has occured, and not that the company itself is becoming weaker.
