Summary:
Sales are declining because they can't ramp up volumes. Go Figure.

Since Cyrix lost money in the past two quarters, I made the assumption that the Cyrix division would again LOSE MONEY if their "sales" are going down.

This may be an improper assumption, but I'll wager that it is "dead on the money".
