My largest positions are all challenging me, to hold and to hold, long DRD (essentially gold in dust) and BTCC.U, and short QQQ. Gold, Bitgold, and Tech.

The two flavors of gold share one feature, that neither is useful.

And Tech, while useful, is at the mercy of something I do not understand, namely value proposition, even as I appreciate that money dilution has been and is forcing folks to move into equities.

More troubling, that ‘they’ say Gold can go to 1600 and even to 1400, meaning DRD can go to 2.50.

‘They’ also say BTC can go to zero, certainly may halve, but also might get to 500K (okay, 101K), making it a binary wager, 0 or 1.

At the same time, stocks generally rise, and QQQ is a whole lot of worthy stocks in one basket.

Am being tested and I might fail the test.

I am not really a cycle person, but my macro 2026 / 2032 by coincidence lines up well against Armstrong’s cycle chart, so convenient to talk Armstrong as opposed to explaining my macro.
