Are you suggesting CVC as a short? Just be aware that Gabelli is so bullish on this company that he will unknowingly squeeze all the shorts when he buys up the float.

Doesn't he have a huge stake in this company?

The chart looks ok, but its not the kind of stock I would short. Unless you know alot about the company...looks like the have had a good year. If earnings is about to come out and you know they will miss them, then it would be a good short.
