I don't do programs. Get does read MSWIN files as one big Dir.Get does same for Tc2000 also. it covers about 8 formats. The charting software is the key to reading data. But they won't give permission to write their data in anything but the 255 format. What works? probally nothing. I have talked to them many times. E-mail may be the only weapon. I am afraid I will take each upgrade.

Craig, you're right in that they don't listen well. WOW doesn't either. Their only real competition. I have contemplated working for a very small startup but have not been ready to make that jump. I like the good life at Cisco and consulting on the side. I would venture that in 3-5 years I will leave and work at netmediasolutions inc full time. Till then we'll have to wait and suffer. I contemplated buying equis's programmers pack but its expensive and I would be very limited in terms of distributing what I created with it. I understand Gary's problem with Equis.... Sean
