Voters: 31 ( 30 shareholders and 1 exshareholder/ short-term trader )

Results:

17 votes - Option # 7 (To hire a topnotch outsider for President but promote Carey to COO. Do it ASAP. Too much time already has been wasted . Give him a free hand in running the company. Elect a new board of directors.)

10 votes - Option # 8 ( To hire a topnotch outsider for President/COO ASAP. Too much time has already been wasted. Give him a free hand in running the company. Elect a new board of directors )

2 vote- Option 6 ( Hire a topnotch outsider for President/COO ASAP. Too much time has already been wasted. Continue having Lyle Berman run the company and the board.)

1 vote - Option # 9 Other ( To promote Carey to President and COO at once, and looking for one or two outside directors while still having Berman control the company. Carey, of couse, would actually be running the company.)
