Recall I didn't spend a lifetime learning the propaganda of hate of communists. This propaganda was very strong and may be still strong today. Younger generations see China rising fast, beating us with 5G and artificial intelligence, and able to beat Covid using science instead of miracle drugs that are made up by a lunatic in the White House. The polling strongly suggests Americans are NOT satisfied with how we dealt with Covid. This is as it should be. Rallies without masks during a pandemic proved how dumb one of our major parties has become. Their faith in one man supersedes all facts, all evidence, all truth, etc. Their faith in their party has turned them into Stalinists, who can forgive all crimes and lies as long as it's the party that's doing it. They have become what they feared most - propagandized fools. The US was lucky. We're on the other side of the planet so we were spared. We also have vast natural resources which doesn't make us special. It only makes us very lucky.
