Perry;

I agree that serious questions are what is needed here as with any investment. On a personal note if you review the posts you will find many serious posts. Of course there are those who predict big jumps in price either way. Bakcground noise in my opinion. A rational tkreatment of actual factual numbers is reasonable. Some people seem to get a bit over-enthusiastic either boosting or degrading this stock.

I am a bit concerned about the flow of information from the company. I am glad that someone has been appointed IR. As you may know I have visited FAMH's offices and met some of the staff including Ira.

Ira's unhappiness with investor calls has me concerned as well. I was under the distinct impression that he invited this contact. His third hand request to elect a spokesman bothers me. I will never delegate my right as a stockholder to inquire. If I have what I consider to be a valid quesiton then I expect it to be answered. All of FAMH's staff work for me, as a stockholder.

Digesting this rumored information that the 11 cent EPS is pre-tax caused me to be initially quite upset. No company in the world states EPS pre tax (at least that I know of). I have been following the markets since I was 8 years old. This is not the way it is done.

Next, I asked myself why Ira did this. I heard his voice on the conference call stating 11 to 11 1/2 cents EPS. Why did this happen? Is he so anxious to grow the company that he did not consider the tax issue? Without actually speaking to him I have no way of knowing.

After all of the aggravation passes we still have a company here the is selling at an incredible price/earnings ratio. I know the business exists because I have seen it. I know they are entering new areas because I have been called and asked my opinion on some IT issues. I know that if Microsoft were selling at a single digit PE Bill Gates would be worth tens of billions less than he is.

Long term, I'm here to stay. Short term I hope that senior management steps back and takes a long hard look at how they are communicating with their stockholders. We make or break the company because sure as hell no institutions are interested (yet).

Rick
