Lee, I agree. TA of BB stocks is not trustworthy in my opinion for two reasons:

1. Volume fluctuations
2. BB stocks are news driven.

With multiple events that fundamentally will effect Franklin, about to unfold I would put no credence in any TA at this time.

Today's action seems to have been the result of the DCTC factor once again. I was told of a post over on Yahoo that would confirm my suspicions. Timing was poor, but it may be for the best as I'm hoping you will see.

Spoke with the company today and as Vic indicated many things are ahead of schedule. The more I find out the more admiration I have for Franklin's management team. They are the most meticulous and thorough
group, I have ever come across. I feel once the FNET network is online, this train is going to garner momentum fast. No hype here, just my feeling after getting a taste of all the bs you have to go through once you start getting involved in all the tariffs, exchange charges, and other intricacies. It's at that point you realize just how far Franklin is ahead of the pack. Now it appears that we're only weeks away from deployment.

Also found out that Nasdaq is being provided with almost up to the month financials and other pertinent details. I didn't quite catch the drift about something that was going to be furnished to them late this week.

Also the 10Q was being readied for filing.

Dats all folks,
rb
