To all Shareholders of LAAQ:

As a major shareholder of the LAAQ, I don't believe that there is anyone with a greater stock position in the Company and with more to lose than I am. I to have felt the impact of the recent change in price.

The Company and I are very concerned about the current change in value of LAAQ. We are evaluating the cause of this decline in price and are taking steps to restore confidence in LAAQ. In short we are very upset to think that this company just completed the WAPI Acquisition and have seen the price of LAAQ go down.

There may be some possible reasons why the price has dropped.

We are not sure but we believe that this may be caused by a short position from out side the USA. Someone or group may be trying to gain a position in the Company by shaking out the shareholders.

There have been conversations that Market Makers are feeling pressure from the recent article about the NASD with regards to all stocks, which are trading on the BB-OTC. This pressure has Market Makers lowering their value causing stock prices to fall for many companies.

The step that we must take will not happen over night, but we are in the process of preparing updated information about the Company to post to our web site for all to view. We are preparing the Company to become full reporting company over the next few months. Most of all we are not stopping at WAPI, we are going to grow this Company by continuing to acquire other companies that have cash flow and growth potential and most of all selling direct response television products. With the LAAQ's hard working efforts and growth of assets the price of the stock will have no alternative but to reflect it accordingly. THIS IS THE BEST DEFENSE.

I would encourage everyone to use the on-line LAAQ Discussion Group to share their thoughts and suggestions. We will do our very best to accommodate everyone's desires.

Dan,

Please update us as far as the performance of LAAQ so far.

We have been loyal supporters for many months at MUCH higher prices and are asking for your help as a gesture of good-faith. The stock has dropped to ridiculous low prices and we are worried,
