FWIW, Added to South Jersey Industries (SJI) as they just announced a secondary. This NG distributor s/d now pay a 5% dividend. Not sure where it will settle out once the offer is priced into the market but looks like it is/was over done. Secondary increases the float by 6%. Some thing to consider - the regularity framework in NJ is very poor there, which leads to poor ROE. My only utility position is SRE and I very recently added to this stock around $116/share.
