No different here in Hawaii Our County had over $90,000,000 Trump bucks for covid and didn't spend a dime on the old folks homes here. 41 vets died in one less than a mile from the Mayor's office.

However, they failed miserably for underprivileged races In Santa Clara County Hispanics have ~2x their demo with positive tests while the death rates for all demo's are pretty much in line with the population. This tells me that either Hispanics are less likely to die from it or perhaps they have been tested at a higher rate. The largest testing site in the county is at the fair grounds which is almost dead center of East San Jose where they mostly live. No arguments with their generic living conditions and lifestyles. Generally they are very family oriented and touchy-feely (My wife was Hispanic) so not surprising the level of positivity.
