It may simply be that the recently released earnings report was so appalling that it precipitated a further selloff amongst whatever institutions were still holding. This would be a good time for the company to think harder about buying back shares.

It is my understanding that most of the potential here lies with a few offerings from Alpha Software. I wonder if there is any way the company can divest itself from the non-performing parts of the business. I understand they already went through a cost-cutting exercise but it may be needed again...?
