I can't decide if the GW/SB merger would be good or bad for
CTAL. On one hand, if they merge, there will be LOTS of excess
capacity (I'm assuming that neither is close to 100% capacity).
If they decide to put that to use, CTAL could be affected. On
the other hand, they will be a major R&D company and may not
want to muddy the waters with production and all the problems that
go with it. In that case, CTAL could reap more contracts
since they are already working for GLX. IMO the merger will take
place and they will start trimming the fat. Whether or not any
of that fat falls in CTAL's plate? I guess we'll have
to wait and see.

The price action the past few days hasn't looked all that great - technically it looks to be breaking down some....If it drops below 11 I will buy more...sure would like to see some major contract news though. It has now been over 5 months since the takeover of the plant, and the size of new contracts (at least those that have been announced) has been pretty meager.

By my count, they will need to replace as much as $100MM annually in Glaxo business by the end of this year just to keep up, much less grow.
