I'm sure Putin knows Biden probably has dementia. It'll be difficult for Biden to do anything live without displaying signs of dementia. Any public appearance will probably have to be recorded then edited. Democrat media will cover for him.

Would love to see a live debate between Biden and Putin. Viewers would learn more about Russia/American relations in a 30 minute debate between Biden and Putin than what they would learn in a year from watching the "News". Likely Biden was involved in the Maiden massacre for one thing (the point being to drive the previous Ukrainian president from power who was more friendly to Russia than his American chosen replacements). The payments from Burisma to Hunter were just a bonus. But Biden is not likely to go unarmed into a battle of wits with Putin.
