That article lies in the first sentence. The 3000+ legal actions Trump was involved in were most collection actions against gamblers who borrowed money from the casino and didn't pay. A lawsuit is the proper, legal means of collecting those debts. They were money owed to the casino, not to Trump personally.

By law, casinos cannot just let that go.

So, it is a bogus claim to begin with, in the VERY FIRST PARAGRAPH.

Stupid people read that shit.
