"CO2 has been a great thing for crops and plants in general."

Hence, the need to control it... not that it matters at this point...

Add to your list... the real causes and real impacts of "actual" global warming...

The solar system has departed the dust cloud it has traveled in for a long time... which dust was a good filter of cosmic radiation... not being filtered now. The real global warming... is that which occurs in the mass of the planet... not the changes in the fractional outer layers and gas. As the planet warms up... seismicity and volcanogenisis ramp up... which will cause a new ice age... as warmer rocks make lots more SO2. Not that you'll care too much after one of the hotspots erupts...

Well positioned dust... perhaps also good for filtering out unwanted influences from random super-nova. Most people probably unaware that one "close" to us in astronomical terms... could kill everything.

An active sun would provide more protection from risks out there... baring the odd CME... but, the sun's quiescence also means the suppression of earth's own magnetic fields rather than its typical pattern in induction by an more active star. Shields are down... she can't take much more, Cap'n...

No one talking about the pace in growth of the South Atlantic anomaly... probably mostly because no one has much of a clue how pole reversals happen... or what else happens when they happen... and its uncomfortable to talk about it... So, at most, marvel at how fast the magnetic north pole seems to be moving ?

There's a reason our ancestors survived all these risks... because they were smart enough to live in caves... instead of living inside of fabricated collections of tinder and fuel...
