I am really surprised they did 10 for 1. Thats less than 4 million shares outstanding now and a 10+ dollar stock price (more than likely a lot less than that by tomorrow) Seems like a 3 for 1 would have been sufficient 10+ million shares has a nice round feel to it. How are waite and see benifiting from this? Anyone have any theories? This stock would have to get to 60 bucks now for me to get my money back. OOOH Boy, not good news at all. Anyone have any heart warming stories of how reverse stock splits actually turned out well for them? Ok grandpoophead, where are you. Not looking forward to tomorrow.

Joe, I don't believe that anybody is hyping the stock...When you deal with these penny stocks you have to expect anything...I have a large position...and its not going tobe sold...why?? because I believe in what the company is doing. JG

He was becoming too obvious. Was TOLD to cool it. They NEVER want to talk about the facts surronding this company. All they do is create a diversion, to distract people from the crap this company is spewing as press releases. How about the recent one touting what a "breakthru" it was that their product didn't need to be refrigerated???? Hey......they knew this LAST year!!!! Don't believe me. Go back and read their releases from LAST year. The latest round has got me laughing my hind end off. Here we go again: NASDAQ listing just around the corner Big potential partnership with a BIG pharmacuetical company. Big road show planned. Pending beginning of FDA Phase II. Get a clue, folks. These are the VERY SAME "releases" they were pushing last year at this same time. Go back and read the thread last year in Feb/March. IDENTICAL !!!! Hey, maybe management should take a trip to Europe and tell all the shareholders they are going to discuss the "POSSIBLE" sale of the company to a Major European pharmacuetical company!!!!! Ha Ha Ha Notice how the press releases are coming rapid-fire lately. This is their big push. It's do or die.They are shooting their wad folks, whatever that means!!!! If Waite and See are financing the company, why do they need Wall Street's backing? Ever wonder why the venture capital markets won't give them any money??????? Figure it out!!!!! I have a challenge to the hypsters on this thread. I know none of you will accept it, but I will extend it anyway. Here it is: You cannot post any comments here if the price drops below a buck. I cannot post any comments if it stays over a buck. What do you say, Don, Dan D., Afaq, Zakattack, Tomas, and the rest of you who are in up to your eyeballs in this dog and think this company has a snowball's chance in hell. The challenge starts on Thursday. Check it out. Using at least 2 PR firms, rapid-fire press releases of news that is not news, 10 for 1 reverse split,..........it all adds up.
