This has to be the best response I have ever heard on SI. Very well said.

Nicky Nicky Nicky, don't you know that swearing on this site is prohibited and could be used for cause to ban you. I know how many of these people feel, as I am an investor in Philips Services and its going through a fare share of problems i.e. missing copper inventory, writedowns, etc... which has resulted in a tumble of the stock price. You shouldn't take things so personally, I was just trying to make light of a bleak situation. The only reason I took a shot at you was because of your first post to me. Don't you worry about Newbridge, it will definately rebound within the next few quarters, and I will be a shareholder along with you as of tommorrow as I plan on buying some shares. I plan on accumilating at around 25 to 27.

[...there are people on this thread who have taken a real beating and it has a real impact on their financial situation...]

Ain't it the truth. 1000 shares of my house money @ 43.25. How's that for exposure. I don't think I could bend over any further if I tried. Tomorrow should be [gulp] interesting.

Nick,

FWIW, I rode the train down on ASND (and lost more than I want to think about). There were some pretty major struggles and juggling with brokerages along the way. Somehow, things got better.

I remain an ASND shareholder. But, in the time I've held, I've gained a great deal of respect for NN (notwithstanding its current troubles). One important reason for that respect is that NN is a key player in an exploding market: ATM. If/when NN turns the corner, this will be a significant advantage. (As NN is one of the few key ATM players, it might also have some potential as a takeover target...one reason I might be interested in taking a position after the dust settles tomorrow).

Anyway, hang in there. It sucks to go through this (I know all too well...1997 could sink like the Titanic for all I could care), but things do turnaround at some point.

Best regards,

Gary Korn
