Good rule of thumb. I bought 20 CPQ Feb 30 calls the last 30 trading
minutes before CPQ decided to buy DEC for approx $60 per share.
CPQ paid way too much for the deal but they had a lot
of nerve doing it the next day after I bought my options. Had that
deal not been announced, CPQ would be in the mid to upper 30s now.
At least I can afford to lose the money. But, I sure hate to do
it when the market has gone up 400 points.
