Let me add my two cents about people who laugh at the misery of others. Anyone who takes pleasure in seeing fellow investors lose money is a creep. One should no more derive enjoyment from the financial misfortune of people than they would in seeing them suffer a serious illness or such other hardship.

In the market there are winners and losers. The losers often learn a costly lesson, but the winners should remain humble and show a little class and empathy.

Did you get a hint as to whether there would be a management shuffle?

And, more importantly will you be on that conference call?

If you are on that call, we would appreciate the quick input.

Last, with a traditionally strong Q4, could we be looking at a quick turnaround?
