JOY,

I'm happy someone has a good story about a reverse split. I don't. Its often the kiss of death. I am very dissapointed over this development. The stock has been doing well lately on its own. I have a small gain now and I wiill think about bailing.

Just checked the MDRX chart--yes that is one exception to the rule
that Reverse Splits are generally a disaster---there seems to be a lot
of reverse splits these days as company's are trying to keep from getting delisted---one is behaving thus far as an exception, and that
is ACAP,curious as to why.Max
