Awfully convenient isn't it? Just who broke this story that the Forrestor report said this? I wouldn't believe it until I saw the report. I guess it doesn't matter because I don't care what the report says anyway. It is a bunch of bunk. How would the Forrestor report know who C$CO was going to acquire? You think the word gets around that easy? C$CO makes dozens of acquisitions every year. Has this Forrestor report ever predicted one before? Or are you saying that the Forrestor report just said that FIBR was the kind of company C$CO would be looking to acquire. Because I think that FIBR is NOT the kind of company that C$CO would be interested in.

The only thing I could understand would be speculation that C$CO would be interested in acquiring some WDM company. That's it. I think someone drew their own conclusions that FIBR could be a target. Or maybe the report listed several companies that were involved in WDM for a possible acquisition target and FIBR made the list.

I don't know but I will personally send a hand written letter apoligizing to any SI member that has posted on this thread in the month of January if C$CO acquires FIBR.

FIBR bulls can post it on their wall as a reminder of the fool who told them FIBR wasn't going to get bought out by C$CO.
