That's just totally false.

What it does is to allow a health care provider who believes tranny-ism violates their religion or moral beliefs should find another doctor.

Which is a reasonable thing.

If doctors choose not to treat trannies I don't see how that's anyone's business. They can to someone who is fine with it.
