Reed has already given you the only source I know for Thai stock quotes, though again if you are only interested in a few counters pointcast asian edition is another place to get them.

For KLSE the following link will give you prices for all stocks.

Foreign stock designations are confusing. On Reuters they use an 'e' suffix, though they appear to use -f on the link I've given you.

Interestingly a number of the ones I have scanned show that Foreign shares are in some cases trading at less than their local counterparts, which does not make sense, but there you go, with the index up 23% today, what does make sense ?
