I think that what Donald Trump, and others of his mindset, need to do in the future when this type of "Laura Ingraham" type interruption occurs during their reply, is to stop in mid sentence and ask the following, in so many words ..... "LOOK !!! ..... are you going to let me reply and have my say without INTERRUPTION, or aren't you ??!! If you're not interested in what I have to say, or if, for reasons of your own, you don't wish me to fully have my say, then just say so and we can call it a day and I'm out of here. So what's it going to be ???!!!" These arrogant, pea-brained little Nonentities need to be adequately confronted and dealt with, and the gloves need to now come off !!!
